Female Housemate wanted for Double Room

Looking for a female housemate (to keep the balance) and add to our troop of 13.

2 x Furnished double rooms in our house referred to as the 'Salthrop Mansion' in Bishopston just off Gloucester Road.

Looking for someone to join our sociable 3 story home. We vary in age and lifestyle and are accepting of all. The house is genuinely a great experience to live alongside other passionate people and we all have our separate interests and hobbies from creative writing to foraging . We also spend a lot of time together (not usually in our entirety) and watch films, play games, go to the pub for karaoke, gigs, nights out and the living room is know for its occasional pop up house party.

We have 4 bathrooms; I haven't had to queue in my 2 years here.
Spacious kitchen with a table to fit all 13 for house meals and 4 fridges/freezers.

There's a big lounge that is quite separate from the main house and leads out into our courtyard with a ping pong table, fire pit and newly added string lighting. Recliner Sofas too!

All bills and council tax is included in the rent which is roughly £545 p/m, as well as cleaners that come to do communal areas once a week.
