Double Room in Cosy Flat Great Location!

Hii potential flatmate,

Sadly my flatmate has moved home due to the pandemic and can no longer stay in Bristol. I'd like to find a new flatmate who I can get along with, make the lockdown more bearable and eventually be social outside 😅.

The room: 
Medium sized unfurnished double. Catches the light all morning into the afternoon.

Dishwasher,
Bath and seperate shower. 
Standard Washing machine (portable indoor air dryer)
Bike shed (under construction expected july)
100mbps wifi

The rest: 
The flat is cosy and in a great location near the arches on Gloucester road. You're never far from a night out and it's a short walk to the centre. 
Landlord is committed to developing the rest of the building for sustainable ventures. Pubs bars and many takeaways are all nearby but the flat does not overlook Gloucester road so it's not too noisy.

Me: 
I'm a 21 y/o uwe student working from home on placement in Bristol. I study software engineering and I'lI be back at uni in September.
