About me- Im Emma (25) moved to bristol 7 years ago for uni and never left. Im and engineer and work 8:30-5:30 currently back in the office Monday-Wednesday with the aim to be back full time from mid September. I am very chilled, love traveling, the gym, eat out, brunch and pub/bars for a few drinks. i have lived in the flat for a year and love it, great location only 5 minute walk to Gloucester road and 20 minutes to town. The balcony is the perfect place to eat dinner, you get the perfect view of the city on firework night and the balloon fiesta.

About You - I am looking for someone who is chilled, clean but also sociable. Someone that wont be a stranger and will make it very much there home.

About the flat - There is a main bathroom for your use only due to me having and ensuite, Communal kitchen, living area and large outdoor balcony. There is secured parking space, bike storage and communal garden which is shared with other flats.

About the Room - The room is offered unfurnished basis however there is a large built in double wardrobe. Enough room for a double bed. If working from home there is plenty of room in the lounge to set up a desk.

Costs - The landlord is willing to have the flat on a 2-month rolling contract so he has enough notice to get people to fill the flat when/if required. Rent will be £555 a month and bills roughly £110 a month. There will be a deposit of roughly £575 to be paid (i will confirm this exact cost with the landlord).
