Room to Rent in Friendly House share

Hey everyone - we’re looking for two more people to join our lovely home/houseshare!

You’ll be living with Elen (32, Social Worker), and James (28, Research Scientist). We’re looking for people of similar age ideally 28-35. Two housemates are currently moving out for different exciting adventures, so 2 rooms are going.

We’re sociable and friendly people who like to hang out in the evenings, chat, eat and watch trash tv and films when we’re all in. We also have our own social lives so we’re looking for someone similar.

The room is unfurnished but can fit everything you need, the rest of the house is furnished - there is a living room, dining room, kitchen with white goods, shared bathroom and a small patio garden that gets decent sunlight. Plenty of free parking along the street too! We love living in this homely environment, and keep the place looking nice.

The house is just off Gloucester Road so a perfect location for everything you need, loads of pubs, shops and green. There are also frequent buses to the city centre (can walk it in 30/cycle in 10) and to the train stations.

We are v sad to say goodbye to our current housemates, but luckily for you all the rooms are available from 1st May. If you’re interested drop us a message with a little bit about yourself :)

Rent - both rooms are £470 (ex bills, usually £125 for everything else, depending on the energy bill!)
