Two bedrooms available in a four-bedroom house in Bishopston, a stones throw (2 minutes walk) off of vibrant Gloucester Road, known for its independent shops and assortment of pubs and bars.

Both bedrooms offered are good sized doubles.

This is a spacious four-bedroom house with a shared kitchen, and a shared lounge and dining space.

Alisha- I am a law professional . In my spare time I enjoy hiking and heading to the beach! I also enjoy playing hockey , going to the gym as well as hanging out with my friends :)

Ed - I’m a full time council worker who works along side children and families. In my spare time I really enjoy hanging out with my friends and playing open mic gigs around Bristol. I love making music and going out to events and festivals.

The house is a 5 minute walk from a bus stop that takes you straight to the city centre, and only a 30 minute walk to Cabot Circus.

Large garden and patio area, with a shed that has plenty of space to store a bike.

There is lots of on the street parking in the area - there is always a space very near the house available, and doesn't require a permit.

We are two working professionals in our late 20's / early 30’s who are looking for two new housemates to join us as we have two spare rooms currently available.

For council tax reasons, no students please apply.
