Both of our housemates are moving out so we now have 2 furnished rooms that need new occupants, so we've created this cringey ad :)
We are looking for girls to maintain a nice balance as this has always worked well in the past, sorry boys!

Main House Stuff:
The house is in Bishopston, situated just behind Gloucester Road and all it has to offer. The rooms are on the top floor of a three-storey victorian terrace, looking out onto the garden and onto the street. Alongside the other bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, and a lounge. We also have a good-sized garden which is great for BBQs and beers in the summer. There is very limited on street parking so this would ideally suit someone without a car, but not essential. We’re all getting older so this isn’t a ‘party house’ anymore and is generally pretty calm and chill, but we do have mates round for a drink/dinner/boogie on occasion.

Room 1:
Top floor of the house at the back, looking out onto the garden. The exact furnishings are TBC, but last time the room was let it came with a bed frame, mattress, desk, book case, and chest of drawers. There is also a storage cupboard built into the room.

Room 2:
Top floor of the house at the front, looking out onto the street. Comes with most of the furnishings you can see in the pics, aside from the smaller bits. Alice (who is moving out) is also looking to sell her very nice nearly new mattress if this is of interest - otherwise the landlord will provide the one that was previously in the room.

The rent is currently £405 pcm plus bills which are around £120 each atm. The deposit is 1 months rent and there are no agency fees.
Room 1 is available from the 28th April
Room 2 is available from the 10th May but possibly as early as May 1st depending on Alice's move!

The folks who currently exist here:

Josh (30) is an engineer who loves cycling, photography, live music, festivals, being outside as much as possible and cooking silly vegan stuff. Into pubs and pints as much as reading and board games.

Ben (29) - Benedict is a geologist working at Bristol Uni who loves going to gigs, cycling around, and being outdoors. Mainly into cups of tea along with the occasional techno boogie.

Hopefully you are:
- A female working professional ideally aged 27- 35
- Someone sociable, friendly, and down to earth (up for a trip to the pub and house meals now and then!)
- Well house trained e. g cleans up after themselves without being asked, remembers when bin day is, chips in with cleaning and keeping the house tidy
- A respectful, thoughtful and generally lovely human

We are expecting a lot of interest, not least due to the absolutely shocking state of the rental market, so really sorry if we don't get back to everyone. We will be inviting suitable people from next week to arrange viewings.

Our landlady will require proof of earnings and will undertake a credit check, as well as references. No students, couples or pets, sorry :(
(though there is a lovely neighbourhood cat who comes to visit from time to time)
