We have a lovely room available in a friendly house;

About the house
We have a lovely large kitchen, living area and conservatory that backs on to the garden which is great on warmer days. We have a parking space which housemates share and there is also plenty of on street parking. The shared bathroom has a bath and shower. Fast WiFi is included and we have all the mod cons; dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. We have inside storage and you are welcome to store a bike/climbing gear etc.

Location
We are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, the bus takes you directly into town. Also 2 minutes from the local shop and pub. 10/15 minute walk to Lidl and a 15 minute cycle to town. We also have a couple of parks around us.

Housemates
You will be living with 2 housemates, who are borh you g professionals. All friendly, social and easy going. We are very active and enjoy things like going to the gym, climbing, cycling, cooking, eating, drinking, film nights etc.

About you
We would like our new housemate to also be a young professional. Be friendly, social, neat and tidy etc. If you are an outdoorsy person you will fit in well!
