We have a double room available in our clean and friendly house. The rent includes all bills plus Virgin Media, Amazon Prime & Netflix (always good to series binge) - all included in the room price. The bedroom is furnished with the black wardrobe, bed and plastic drawers. All nearly new.
The rest of the house offers a downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with toilet & bath/shower, as well as a large kitchen, lounge, study & dining space. There is also a 3-space driveway (plus plenty of on-street parking), along with a spacious back garden, front garden and a garage.
You will be asked to pay a security deposit of 1-month’s rent, but there are no other fees! Rent is due before the last day of each month.
Last (but by no means least!) we have a small dog... His name is Bailey!
