About the house
We have a lovely large kitchen, living area and conservatory that backs on to the garden which is great on warmer days. There is also plenty of on street parking. The shared bathroom has a bath and shower. Bills and fast WiFi is included as well as the use of a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have storage inside and you are welcome to store a bike/bulky climbing gear etc.
Location
We are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, the bus takes you directly into town. Also 2 minutes from the local shop and pub. 10/15 minute walk to Lidl and a 15 minute cycle to town. We also have a couple of parks around us.
Housemates
You will be living with 2 housemates and occasionally me (live-in landlord, although I am usually away working in London), who all work Monday to Friday. We quite an outdoorsy household, enjoying things like cycling and climbing.
About you
We would like our new housemates to be friendly, respectful, neat and tidy etc. If you are climbers/cyclists/general lovers of the outdoors you'll fit in really well.
