Spacious double bedroom / house share

As you enter the property

The property is located in a cul-de-sac in Bradley Stoke and is (in my opinion) the perfect location. If you drive, it's a 2 minute drive to both the M4 and M5, there's a Tesco Express and Aldi within reasonable walking distance, and there's a bus stop within a 2 minute walk that would take you anywhere you need to go within Bristol. Parking is available at the house too.

Willowbrook Centre is also really close, there's a gym / library just down the road, and it really is just a fantastic location!

There's a lounge / living area, kitchen, back garden, (a small front garden too) and a bathroom. As you go upstairs, I have a single room on the left, the bathroom is in front, and your double room is on the right.

I apologise for the messy room in the photos, it's my current flatmate's who will be moving out in September. I would be more than happy to meet up and show you around the house in person at any point where we're both available.

Disclaimer: a lot of the stuff in the pictures are my flatmate's and it will all be going in September - and that includes the dog too!

To give you a bit of insight into who I am, I would consider myself a clean and tidy housemate. Once I've finished making dinner, I'd have washed all the dishes I've used before I sit down to eat it!

I enjoy sitting down and watching a film in the evenings, or I might head to my computer to do a bit of gaming. I go out dancing (Ceroc), do a bit of walking/hiking, and maybe go running / head to the gym when the mood strikes me!

I'm in a respectable career, which does mean I can get us a bunch of discounts at a lot of places!

I'm not sure what I'd look for in a potential flatmate, though the only thing I'd ask is we're able to keep the place nice and tidy.

It says to include the council tax band here, but from September I will be classed as a "student" due to my work, so I believe it would depend on if you are a student or not. When checking on GOV. UK, it says it's Council Tax B.
