I have a room available at my house. Looking for a similar lifestyle and a potential friend.

Location:

The house is located at a prime location in Bradley Stoke. Literally 10 minutes walk to everything! 5 minutes or less cycling. That means 10 minutes walk to Willow Brook Centre which has Tesco Extra, 24/7 gym, Harvester, all the main food retailers, bike service shop and loads more. 10 minutes on the other direction, you go to Aldi. Couple more minutes, tesco express which is open until 11!

Same for pubs! A Marston pub is 9 minutes walk! Haha and many more!

Transportation:

I have a massive driveway which can fit up to 4 cars plus off street parking.

Bus 73 literally runs 1 minutes from the house and it's so frequent. It takes you to Temple meads through Gloucester Road or you can go the other way up Bradley Stoke.
In a 10 minutes walk, you can catch the M buses which run frequently. It takes you to Cabot in 21 minutes. The buses go to UWE and Frenchay business park and the other way it goes to Cribs Causeway.

The area is surrounded by loads of proper cycling lanes and massive parks. There is also the cycling route 2 minutes from the house.

About the house:

The house is a 3 bedroom house. Just myself living there. The house is a smart house with voice command assistant (Nest and Alexa). Lights are smart and colour changing/dimmable so you can choose your scene. I have now a 65" Samsung Smart TV and sound system with all the possible subscriptions and platforms. I havea PS5 with FIFA inclued. I have loads of boardgames too! I hope i can meet someone in England who knows how to play dominoes! Haha

The house has a bathroom upstairs with mega big bath tub. Strong shower head installed too.

The house is freshly decorated and renovated. I keep the house in immaculate condition all the time. I decorated the house as you can see Egyptian style due to my heritage. So be ready to have some conversations about Egyptology 😆

The house also benefits from loads of storage spaces. Built in cupboards at the hallway. Under stairs storage. 2 sheds on the driveway and a garden shed.
The house benefits from a decent size garden. It has lots of lights, smart as well.
The garden has planting prospective so it will be nice if you are into that too. Healthy garden-grown tasty vegetables! 😋

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything! Just name it and it's there! I am Mediterranean so cooking is like a hobby for me so kitchen is important place and always fully stocked. I have chest freezer for myself so you can use all the freezer in the big fridge.
There is dishwasher, fridge freezer, chest freezer, washer dryer, gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker......etc which you can use plus plenty of allocated cupboard storage spaces.

I am expecting a dual bbq smoker soon and thinking of a hot tub for the summer/spring parties this year 👐

Security:

The house has a smart front door bell with camera and 2-way calling so you can answer the door from far or not even home. Backgarden has a camera with motion sensor and 2 way calling too. Both work in 2K and night vision. They also have motion sensor. I will set that all up for you on your phone.

The house also benefits from house insurance so rest assured :)

The room:

The room is 7'5 x 10'3. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table. I can mount TV for you or happy if you want to bring your own room furniture. The room looks on the main road.

About me:

I am Tommy. I am 35. I do regulatory and compliance which is anti financial crime basically. I work for a law firm called Dentons. I am fully remote but I travel sometimes to our offices nationally and abroad as we are a global law firm.

I do loads of stuff. I travel sometimes. I have a bucket list of 100 places and I managed to cross 14 items so far. I love cooking. I cook from different cuisines specially the Italian. All family recipes 😋. I also like reading, watching football, martial arts , tennis, raving, hosting my friends for drinks and dinner from time to time. I like to go out after work and cycle/explore the area.

Potential tenant:

I am looking for someone who is not racist, cool, presentable, respectful of personal space, up for a party or a drink, working full time and most importantly clean.
