Lodgers must be vaccinated.
Shared kitchen with shelf in fridge and convenient for Aldi, tesco express, Pizza Hut, Indian takeaway and excellent fish and chip shop. Quiet location at the end of a cul de sac, off street parking as well as space on the driveway. Easy walking distance of Aztec West, good access to the M4/M5 and Cribbs Causeway and approximately two miles to Bristol Parkway railway station and the MOD.
The household is friendly whilst respecting your privacy. It is a clean and tidy house but not too pristine either. The bathroom is shared with one other lodger, with a good powerful shower and a further toilet downstairs. In light of covid and restrictions I would expect any potential lodger to limit their outside contacts in line with local restrictions and guidelines that are in place at the time
