I have 1 unfurnished room with en-suite to rent in Brentry, Bristol. It’s a quiet estate with lots of street parking. If you have a car, you can typically find a space right outside. If not, the bus stop with direct links to the City Centre, Cribbs Causeway and Southmead hospital is a simple 5 minute walk away.

Details about the flat:
- Spacious double room, with its own en-suite bathroom.
- Communal fully furnished kitchen/living room
- Kitchen fitted with a built in fridge, washing machine and dishwasher
- Lovely garden with small patio
- Fast fibre broadband installed

The rent is £450 pcm and bills on top of that are around £130 pcm.

Our current 12 month lease expires at the very beginning of June, so I’m looking for somebody to stay at least that long!

I’m Amy, I’m 24 and I work in the city centre, and most of the time work regular office hours. I’m clean and tidy, friendly and make a great banana bread.
