The house would suit a professional working at Southmead hospital, Cribbs Causeway, Avonmouth industrial estate, MOD Abbeywood, Rolls Royce, GKN Aerospace. The property is ideally positioned to motorway M5/M4.
I have two cats, so unfortunately there is no option to bring any pets also would prefer if animal friendly!
The ad states the room will be available from the 28th April, but I am flexible on when someone can move in ☺️
