Bright double/single - short term; Mon-Fri okay

Hi all!

THE ROOM

I have a medium sized double room in a 3 bed house available to rent from March. It comes furnished (double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk). The house has a decent sized garden, patio decking, and a living room. There is a washing machine and fridge freezer to share as well as kitchen utensils and pots etc.

I am looking for someone who needs a maximum 3 months stay.

COST
The price includes broadband and water.

Other bills (electricity, gas and council tax) will be shared equally during the stay. The cost of a once weekly/fortnightly cleaner (depending on how tidy you are) will also be shared.

Couples/room sharers *considered* but rent will be 650 and bills split 60/40.

THE HOUSEMATE

There is only one other person living in the house (me) and one cat. I am a professional and I tend to work most of the day. I like quiet evenings but that doesn't mean only hermits need apply!

My cat is male, usually quiet with the occasional yowling serenade. An indoor cat but looking to introduce him to the outside. Generally shy and not a fan of loud noises. Think Garfield level laziness.

YOU
I am looking for a friendly, chilled flatmate. I am very considerate and tolerant and would prefer the same. No smokers please. Clean and happy to chip in for a cleaner. Tolerable to my cat (sorry, dealbreaker!) Monday - Friday let and eve 2 - 3 nights a week accepted.
