My house is a handy location for cycling/bus into the city centre and as easy to Bath. I'm flexible on start date, just keen to meet a good human. For clarity rent is £525 + bills. Council tax is £172 shared and I'm hot on keeping all other bills regularly reviewed and as low as practicable.

My house is a 15 minute cycle to town, walkable to Temple Meads, Bristol Bath cycle path and direct bus to Bath (x39). Paintworks/Boca Bar, Sainsburys and retail park all a short walk away too.

The available bedroom has an inbuilt wardrobe, navy curtains, double bed and mattress.

My home has 3 bedrooms with lounge, dining room, kitchen and shared bathroom. With working from home I really value the communal spaces being non working spaces. I work in the 3rd box "bedroom" surrounded by my outdoor kit! I don't mind the odd laptop on the dining table but if you need a more permanent desk station, there is space in the bedroom. I am house proud and like to keep the place clean and tidy, sharing chores between us.

I have multiple out-buildings for bikes and outdoor kit and a convenient outdoor tap. I'm personally cycling most weekends, a biking/outdoorsy house is always a good vibe. The garden has a patio and grassed area, perfect for BBQs in summer. I even get the after work sunshine!

Me: I work in sustainability and WFH 8:30-5 most days and am out the house mountain biking or road cycling at weekends. I'm veggie and love a trip to the local deli, greengrocer or refill store.

I'm mostly looking for someone I'll get along with but who is independent, if we share hobbies that's a great bonus. I'm open to questions so please feel free to reach out.
