One of the housemates is leaving for Thailand in February, so it's time to welcome a new one. It's a pleasant house with a garden and garage and lots and lots of communal space. A living room, a large dining room, a cosy kitchen, and a utility room (for washing and drying clothes) are all open to all.
We renovated the house at the beginning of this year so it had a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a thorough redecoration. If you've ever lived in a house with bad plumbing then you'll be pleased to hear the boiler is brand new this year too.
The coal fireplace is fully working and the chimney was swept last year. The kitchen also has a gas hob, a double oven and that elusive creature - a working dishwasher.
We're looking for somebody who's social, outgoing, curious, interesting and is basically good at getting along. If this is you, you'll already know!
The double room is available from the beginning of February and the single one from the middle of February. The single room has an extra bed folded underneath it and when it's set up, it extends the single to a double. It doesn't leave much room on the floor but it's a great solution if you have a visitor for a night or two.
