Large Furnished Double Room

I’m looking for a lodger to live with me, my 6 year old daughter and 20 month old son. Both sleep like a log and through the night (usual wake up is around 7-730am. My eldest is polite and respectful and my son is hopefully heading that way!

My home is an 1930’s end terrace and has been refurbed since 2018 with new kitchen, bathroom and almost completely redecorated throughout. I have a very well equipped kitchen with the essential dishwasher! You would have your own fridge/ freezer and cupboard also. There is a large back garden and patio, with garden furniture.

My home is located on a non-through road in Brislington so the traffic tends to be local neighbours. The Bath Road is less than a 5 minute walk away where there is a bus stop towards Bristol city centre/ Bath. The bus into Bristol is about a 10-15 minute journey. There is a large Tesco 5 minutes walk along the scenic footpath by the local brook. Lidl, a 10 minute walk. There is on street parking, generally no more than a few cars distance from my house (or outside if one of my neighbours have not parked there!).

The bedroom has a double bed with a relatively new memory foam mattress. There are two wardrobes, chest of drawers and a chair. New carpet. It is being replastered in coming weeks, a new radiator fitted and redecorated.

I’m looking for an easy going lodger, tidy but no OCD please! I love cooking, wine, craft beer and gin, Netflix and podcasts on an evening (not all together and not every night!). I work full time, and sometimes from home. In my spare time try to be out of the house with my daughter and son and when I get time to me i love to eat out/ go for drinks/ head to the gym or for a run.

Rent includes gas, water, electric, council tax.

Monday avo- Friday let £425.
Monday avo- Friday/ Monday- Sunday alternating let £525.
Monday- Sunday let- £600
