One gorgeous, light/zen, furnished double room available in Sandy Park, Brislington. Room is all inclusive of bills including broadband, Netflix and council tax. On-street parking is available outside the house and surrounding roads.

The room is partly furnished with a double bed and some storage.
House has a large, light and sociable kitchen as well as access to a small garden with outdoor seating that gets a lot of sun in the afternoon/evening in the Summer.
Both sets of neighbours either side of us are also lovely!

IDEAL location - the house is literally a minute's walk away from the popular Sandy Park Road which has all the local conveniences such as a post office and news agents. Bus stop on the high street will get you to Temple Meads in 5 minutes, or city centre in 10-15 minutes.
Sainsbury's is also only 10 minutes walk away!

REASON FOR AVAILABILITY: I am a live in landlord and my current lodger is moving out at the end of April.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: I would like to rent the room to a professional female who is sensible, respectful, clean and tidy. I prefer a quiet and relaxed living environment but I would like to live with someone who doesn't mind hanging out sometimes too. You also must be a cat lover as I have a very friendly, cuddly cat called Chesney! I spend a couple of nights a week at my boyfriend's house so I am looking for someone that won't mind feeding/cuddling my cat when I am away.
