Sunny double room on quiet street

I have a large sunny room with a pretty fireplace available to rent from 20th April. The street is a no through road so it’s nice and quiet.

It’s a two bed flat and the kitchen, dining room and lounge is all open plan. There’s also a garden at the back where I often have a fire and enjoy sunny days. There is a large herb garden at the front too.

A little about me, I’m 35, I work at a charity as a coordinator. I love to be outdoors, I love cold water swimming (my toes do not) and I’ve recently gotten into foraging (I have a healthy supply of sloe and blackberry gin!).

The flat is a couple of minutes from a bus stop or a 40 minute walk from the centre if you like to stretch your legs. There’s also secure, indoor storage space for a bike.

The room is furnished and you’d be welcome to make it as homely as you’d like (put pictures and shelves up etc). I’m looking for £640 a month which includes all bills and £200 as a deposit.
