Hello!

We are a couple living in Brislington with our young daughter. Our house has 4 bedrooms across 3 floors. The bedroom we are advertising is technically the ‘master’. It’s very spacious and comes furnished with (the most comfortable!) king sized bed, chest of drawers, bed side table and shower en-suite.

The house is a new build and we have been living here for 2 and a half years so everything still feels fresh and new. We are on a private road so it’s very quiet.

You can get into the city centre on the number 1 bus (bus stop is a 30 second walk) and there is a small local high street with deli, cafe, fruit and veg shop, bakery and more! There are also a couple of local pubs 15 min walk away and two large supermarkets close by too. We are also close to Bristol Temple Meads Station and very close to Bath as well.

About us:

We have a daughter who is 3 years old and so the tennant needs to be right for our family. Because of this we do require references and we’d like to meet you a couple of times before finalising the arrangement.

We enjoy cooking, socialising with friends and, on week days, quiet nights in. We are in our early 30s, Liv is an events and project manager and Josh works at a marketing and design agency. The house is a classic family house and often busy however we aren’t home between 9:30-17:00 most days.
