Large room in Sandy Park with lots to offer

I have a double room to rent in Sandy Park, Brislington. There is a dishwasher, garden with decking and a lawn, a garage, own TV provided, a dining room, fully furnished and all the mod cons you would expect. The house is located in a great area, Sainsburys with an Argos is two minutes walk away making shopping very easy, there are more shops on nearby Sandy Park Road and Avonmeads and parks are close by. It is close to bus stops, the M32 & Bath Road, good cycle lanes and walkable to Bristol Temple Meads and the city centre.
The rent includes all bills; electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband, TV license. A cleaner comes once a fortnight. I am looking for an interesting person who likes cats, is friendly, respectful, non-smoker and reasonably clean and tidy.
I am a laid-back person, I enjoy varied activities including growing veg, swimming, veggie cooking, yoga, swimming and kayaking. I have three cats who would love some extra attention. I would hope the person that moves in makes themselves at home, not just a room, sharing a house with strangers. Unfortunately, this would not be suitable for couples, or (as much as I love animals) pets or DSS. Any questions please ask.
