A large bedroom in our house has become available to rent. We are looking for a sociable professional to move in September. The rent is £570 which includes all bills.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The room is a large second floor bedroom in a three-bed house. It comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The house is a long but walkable distance into the centre of town, or a short trip on the bus. There is free parking on and off road.

On the bottom floor there is a kitchen and living space with dining table, and toilet. Upstairs on the second floor is your bedroom, with bathroom, bath, toilet and shower. On the top floor is a further bedroom and bathroom. The house is fully furnished with a garden and in a nice quiet, neighbourhood - a short walk from multiple bus stops into town as well as to bath & there's a 24-hour Tesco across the road.

Rent and all bills are included, and the £570 covers gas, electricity, water, council tax, wi-fi, Amazon Prime and Netflix. The deposit is £800.

ABOUT US
You'll be sharing with two people, Steph, Rhodri and Pero (the dog).

Steph works in events and enjoys going to the cinema, drawing and board games. Rhodri works in video and enjoys watching sport, running and cooking. Pero is a sheepdog with three legs who enjoys walks in the woods and belly strokes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is social but isn't expecting a party house. We have good relations with our neighbours and want to keep it that way. While we like our own time, we also like to socialise & spend time together in the communal areas. We like to keep the house clean and tidy.

No couples, smokers please and unfortunately no pets allowed, we already have one pooch and don’t want to upset him.
