1 Double room in 3 bedroom house

Hello!

My name is Steph (31) and I live in Brislington with Adam (33).

Adam & I work in Events and we’re a friendly duo who enjoy going to the cinema, theatre, gigs, events, cooking as well as eating out.. and a local pub quiz. We have two cats in our house so you need to be pet friendly - your room would be a pet free zone if you wished.

Large Double Room - £650. We have a freshly decorated sunny double bedroom, with built in mirrored wardrobes with plenty of light and space. This room can be for short term or longer term lets (up to 1 year).

We have off road parking for 3 cars, one can be yours and a large grassy garden. We also have all the necessities for modern 2023 living; washing machine, tumble drier, dish washer, sky TV, super fast broadband and we will get a cleaner for the communal areas. We also include loo roll, washing powder and other necessities as we can't be arsed to moan about the common housemate probs that usually arise so we've eliminated them completely :)

We are a short walk (<10mins) to a very frequent bus route into Bristol city centre (or the other direction to Bath), the bus takes around 25mins. Alternatively the cycling route is flat and takes 15mins, walking is around 50mins. All these routes take you past Temple Meads, so take off a little time to get here.
