New bed and mattress in bedroom

Well presented modern furnished double room for rent in Brislington/Broomhill area, for one person, in shared flat with one other person (me). Available for full tenancy or Mon - Fri. The flat is only a few years old (finished at the end of 2012).

The room comes with a private off street parking space for your use and includes all bills including council tax. There are also good public transport links and there are 2 bus stops (one into town, one coming out of town) pretty much outside the front door (see photos). It takes approx 25 minutes to get into town in the morning on the number 1 bus (with all the stops en route).

The room is fully furnished with a brand new double bed (inc. new mattress) and various book shelves, so there is plenty of room for you to store your things. The room also has a large built in wardrobe and an aerial socket for your own TV.

There is a shared bathroom and lounge/kitchen/diner and I've got no issue if you want to add some of your own furnishings to these shared areas (within reason of course). There is a Virgin Media fibre broadband connection (100mb) with wifi and a basic Virgin TV package in the lounge.

I'm looking for a reasonably tidy and considerate housemate who's happy to clear up after themselves and are in full time employment (sorry, no DSS or similar please).

I'm very easy going and am happy to leave you to your own devices or socialise over a beer/wine every now and then if you like. I want whoever moves in to feel like the flat is their home rather than feel like they need to stay in their room all the time, unless they want to of course.

No pets I'm afraid as there is a no pet policy in our set of flats.
