Double room in quiet 2 bed hse. Bills inc.

I'm a live in landlord, looking for a friendly, mature (ideally female) professional to share my home with me and my dog.

Looking for someone who is happy for a chill and a cuppa in front of the TV, but also who is fine with someone who like's their own space.

The HOUSE

It's a 2 bed house, with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Living room has a wood burner which is AMAZING when the weather gets colder.

I also have a dog called Bruce (part time - 2 weeks / 2 weeks off), so a dog lover is a must! He's a big, very well behaved, friendly boy - only expectation on you is to provide tummy scratches for Bruce on demand :-)

There's a garden and BBQ.

The house is decorated to a good standard, and I'm constantly looking to improve the house.

All Bills included. We have Virgin Fibre broadband.

THE ROOM

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed with a really comfortable memory foam / pocket sprung mattress.

THE AREA

The house is situated in Brislington very close to Sandy Park Road with various shops and cafes. Only 10 mins walk to the Paintworks development and 25 mins walk to Bristol Temple Meads station. There is also a bus which can take you into the centre and up to White Ladies Road. Loads of parks nearby, ideal for anyone who enjoys running, including Arnos Vale and St Annes.
Parking is on street - but generally not a problem to get a space.

WHAT TYPE OF HOUSEMATE ARE ME AND BRUCE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for a professional, mature (not too mature - sense of humour required :-) ), tidy, respectful, considerate, dog loving, friendly person.

This isn't a party house, but I am partial to a glass of wine in front of the woodburner, bingeing on Parks and Rec / The Good Place / <insert other comedy box set / film here>.
I'm an early riser (or rather - Bruce is!), which means sleep / a quiet (ish) house when I'm going to sleep is really important to me. Again, it's just the respectful and considerate thing really (had bad experiences in the past!).

I like to cook whilst listening to music (although that skill is def in development!)

I'm pretty laid back and looking for someone who's also laid back, appreciates a tidy living space, open to chilling out in front of a telly with a cuppa but also likes their own space.
