My name is Richard, I work at the University of Bristol, and I am looking for a new flatmate.
The flat has two single bedrooms, and a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The flat is furnished and includes all the usual amenities (oven, fridge, freezer, electric shower, etc), and the heating is excellent. The building has shared laundry facilities. Bills are not included in the rent and amount to roughly £40-60 pp pcm. Council tax is £84 pp pcm (ignore if you're a student).
The flat is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre (Broadmead) and a 15-20 minute walk from the University of Bristol. Several bus services operate along the road, including the 71 (to UWE), X1 (to Weston-super-Mare,), and X4 (to Portishead).
I am quite an easy-going person and have no problem with partners/friends staying regularly. The landlord is very friendly and reliable. The flat is ideal for someone looking for a quiet room very close to the city centre/UoB.
