The house has been recently upgraded with a loft conversion, new main bathroom and the bedroom to let redone so nice and new. I have also had a log burner put in the lounge so nice and cosy in the evenings.
The house overlooks the park and is a 15 minute walk to Temple Meads and 20 minutes walk to town. It is a nice neighbourhood and has unrestricted parking outside. There are often activities going on in the park like fitness classes and BBQs.
The room is a double and there is plenty of storage and the house has a shed and nice patio.
The current housemates are friendly and sociable and we sometimes take it in turns to cook for each other.
I like the communal areas to be tidy but don't mind the house looking 'lived in'.
