Room with a view: Harbourside/Cliftonwood

Monday-Friday Only.

We have a lovely room available with a private bathroom to rent in our home in Cliftonwood. The rent is 600 pcm (Mon-Fri only) and inclusive of all bills including WiFi and a professional cleaning every two weeks.

This light room sits on its own on the top floor of a 4-bed house, along with a private, adjacent shower room that you would have sole use of. The views from the window look out over the Harbourside with the Dundry Hills beyond. The room has a king size bed and comes fully furnished.

The house is situated in a quiet corner of Cliftonwood -and is less than a 10 minute walk to the city centre and Clifton Village and only minutes from the Harbourside. Just 30 min or so walk from Temple Meads too. Parking permits are available for a small cost. .

We are both friendly professionals working in the international charity sector, and have a 3-year old child and smallish rescue dog.

The room would ideally suit a busy professional commuting to the city during the week, looking for a relatively quiet place to stay. It would be lovely to share a meal or drink together sometimes, but the room would best suit someone who more often is generally keen to do their own thing.
