Hi!

I have a comfortable double room available a lovely 2-floor maisonette. It is a stunning Edwardian property and has been recently decorated. There are many original features to the building, including the coving which has been stunningly restored and sash windows.

The room available is furnished with a wardrobe, bed frame, mattress and bedside tables. It has soft new carpets and an exterior door.

The kitchen and living room area is open plan, and very light and airy. It's a sociable space with a huge sofa and large table. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower, a front patio which is a real sun-trap, a back patio with a shed for storage (there’s room for another bike!) and a parking space for a small car to be backed up behind mine (or permits can be arranged for the road). The building is split into 4 flats and all of the neighbours are extremely friendly and considerate professional couples.

The location is incredibly central; a 5 minute walk to Wapping Wharf, and about a 20 minute walk to Temple Meads station, the centre of Bristol, Clifton and Bedminster.

A bit about me... I’m a primary school teacher and have lived here for nearly 6 years, aside from a few years ago when I escaped to teach and travel in Australia. I’m often on the go, and love to socialise with friends or do some sort of sport - usually netball, river runs, the gym or yoga, as well as anything sea or snow related when possible! I’m a live-in landlord and am friendly, relaxed and tidy.

I’m hoping to find a reliable, respectful and responsible tenant who can call the flat home, and will enjoy living here as much as I do. I love to cook and would be up for shared meals and chilling with a glass of wine.
