Furnished Double bedroom available immediately (Comes with a double bed + double wardrobe)

My apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard (new flooring fitted and walls re-repainted).

Seeking a professional lodger preferably (sorry no couples).

Short term arrangement also considered, but ideally looking for a 3 month agreement with a view to extending it to 6 months.

I am a live-in landlord of a modern, contemporary 2-bedroom apartment on the top ( second) floor. The apartment is within a block of flats on Church Road, St George, Bristol. There is a range of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance and St George Park is just across the road. The city centre is within walking distance or a short bus journey.

The apartment has quick and easy links to Bristol city centre, Kingswood, Fishponds and the M32. There a bus stop right outside the block of flats and the bus service is reliable and frequent, with busses going into the city centre and further afield.

I am a friendly and sociable person with a full time job. Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy and respectful flat mate. Shared responsibility for cleaning and tidying of all shared areas (kitchen, lounge etc). A copy of the house rules will be provided on viewing.

The double bedroom is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed and reasonably big modern wardrobe, plus curtains (as per photos) and 📺 tv . The lodger will have exclusive use of the main bathroom as the landlord uses the ensuite bathroom mainly.

A deposit of £1000 is required, which includes one month's rent in advance. References from a previous landlord, plus a confirmation letter from your employer is required as proof of ability to pay rent.

All bills are included. On-road parking close by. Broadband provided, which will also be included in rent (no additional cost).

I don't mind night workers .
