Hello, my name is Darren and I am a professional 45 year old.
I have a double room available to rent in a 3 bedroomed detached property. Location is in St Annes Park (BS4 4RG) located close to the River Avon. Approx 2 miles from the city centre and close to retail park and easy access to the A4 and M32.
A bus stop (Number 36) is located approximately 10 minutes walk which takes around 30 minutes to get into the centre of Bristol and getting to Temple Meads train station takes around 40 minutes walk, 15 minutes cycle or around 10 minutes drive (traffic dependant).

The house has parking (driveway) when not in use by myself but there is parking available on the road, a sunny private garden, sizeable kitchen with breakfast area, a living/dining area and a small conservatory. It is located in a very quiet no through driveway shared only with 1 other neighbour.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and tableware and the house will also have wi-fi. I do not have Sky/Virgin TV as I find Freeview offers plenty for the amount of time I watch TV.
There is a garage if you wish to store any small items (like a bicycle).

The bedroom on offer is of double size with an outlook to the rear. Being a modern house it is not a huge size but will fit a double bed and a wardrobe/drawers. There is a TV point in the room and I will be redecorating and furnishing the room during August (neutral paint colours) so it is ready for the beginning of September.

This would suit a professional needing comfortable accommodation in a quiet suburb on the outskirts of Bristol whether Mon to Fri or 7 days a week. Non-smokers only.
