Small double room available in a 3 bed flat in Montpelier not far from Albany Green.

It's an upside-down flat with kitchen and living area up in the roof. It has a lot of character and we are looking for someone who will take care of the place!

The room will be furnished and is being re-decorated this week so more pics to follow....

Looking for someone of a similar age to us (we are both 25, one male, one female), who is sociable and not a hermit. We are good friends from uni, currently working in town and enjoy sport and going to the pub amongst other things...

We are looking to do viewings at the end of this week/ early next week (19th - 24th).

Details below:

• Start date 1 August
• Fixed term 6 months, then rolling
• Rent £375 pcm for front bedroom, paid in advance at start of each month.
• Deposit £375
• Water rates, electricity and gas (included in rent) to be paid by landlord.
• Tenants to arrange their own council tax (currently £105 pcm) and internet (approx £18.95 pcm).
