One double bedroom is available in a large sunny flat in Redcliffe, Bristol. The flat is recently decorated and is fully furnished. It is situated on the 11th floor and has fantastic views over Bristol. There is a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a balcony. It is very close to Temple Meads station and around 15 minutes walk from the city centre, 20 minutes walk to the BRI and around 20 minutes walk to Bristol University. Ideally you will be male and over 25. On-street parking is available with a permit from Bristol City Council. Due to the high demand I will not be able to do virtual tours or viewings. Someone not working from home would be preferred.
