Quiet street end of cul de sac, I’m a single male, work full time, non smoker, 1 fish. I have a conservatory which is split with my sons toy room & also my cycling room.

There is a garage & outside office which stores garden furniture & my sons garden toys. There is also a shed & am happy with shed being shared.

My house is good for local transport to Bristol & Bath.

Available early to mid August as my current lodger is moving out after two years.
