A friendly house-share of two men and one woman is currently looking for a fourth person (FEMALE) to share spacious, newly renovated house in St. Pauls.

We are mature - some of us in our 50s and 60s but surprisingly youthful and radical! We're reasonably quiet and tidy about the house as we work mostly from home.

The house is only a couple of minutes walk from the "bohemian quarter" of Stokes Croft and 10 mins walk from Broadmead. Temple Meads Station is 20 mins walk or 10 mins by bike. The bus to the Centre stops in-front of the house.

The single bedroom which is partly furnished is on the top floor at the back of the house over looking the garden and a larger green oasis of the inner city. It measures 3.9m (12ft) by 3.4m (11ft) including an attractive decorative fireplace plus a roomy walk-in wardrobe-store-cupboard

The house has all the usual facilities and includes two bathrooms, we share the large fully-equipped kitchen/dining room plus a spare-room/store-room/guest-ro om

It is very important to explain we are all politically active in radical environmental, human rights, social justice and anti-war issues. It is important the applicant shares our interests. We are also keen on cycling, film, music, gardening, and fun.

We are television-free and mainstream-media skeptic. We don't have pets. We occasionally eat together. We are mostly but not entirely vegetarian and occasionally freegan. We try to practice good and clear communication about what we all need in order to make co-habiting beneficial for all. We respect each other's needs for privacy and peaceful enjoyment.

Non-smoker, no illegal drugs, and light alcohol use. A working person is preferred. Note we live in a RPZ so an annual parking permit has to be bought from the council plus a limited number of visitor car parking permits.
