There is a large lounge, fully furnished lounge. There is a decent sized bathroom with a thermostatic shower over bath and plenty of cabinet storage.

There is a large modern kitchen which includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a large shared fridge freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary tools and utensils if you don't have your own.

Flat also benefits from a washing machine and tumble dryer. The building is a new build with gas central heating and brilliantly insulated so very comfortable. Full length windows that provide plenty of light.

The other room in the property is occupied by me and I am the owner of the property. I am an easy going, I work as a delivery driver, working mostly days. I consider myself clean and tidy person.
