The Bedroom

We have a cosy small single furnished room with a 4ft double bed to let in Kingswood, Bristol for £550 pm bills included. The deposit is £300. The bed and mattress are new and you would be welcome to personalise the room to your liking.

The room is in a house on a quiet cul-de-sac that’s a short walk from shops and a bus stop with direct bus routes to Bristol city centre and Bath.

There are 2 of us living in the house at the moment (1 male and 1 female) we are both working professionals looking for someone who is a similar age to us and preferably likes socializing and has similar interests. We often have food as a household and drinks on a weekend, bbqs in the summer etc. We also have a 6 seater hot tub which you would be welcome to use!

We have a large back garden that is part grass part decking and perfect for bbq's

We are ideally looking for a non-smoking professional that is respectful of the home and considerate of others. We have a cleaning rota that would need to be adhered to as well as having good personal hygiene. We are both friendly, relaxed and easygoing so are looking for someone like minded.

The house currently has two very friendly cats, though they are free to roam in the garden for their convenience. They are both very independent.

Parking is available on the road. We are looking for someone who fits in with us and would be looking to stay long term (more than 6 months).
