£25 per night - minimum stay three nights per week., up to a maximum £125 per week including all bills.

Double bed and seating area with TV and broadband. Also a small kitchenette area at the top of the stairs with kettle and fridge (access to main kitchen, and courtyard garden by arrangement).

Situated in Windmill Hill South Bristol, a popular, quiet, friendly neighbourhood with good amenities, close to the city centre (30 mins walk to the Centre, 25 mins to Temple Meads Station). On street parking and secure cycle storage available Bus links to Bristol Airport, City Centre, Cribbs Causeway within 15 mins walk.. Good local pubs and a lovely park nearby, with a range of independent shops, bars, gym and restaurants in walking distance.

Ideal for someone who is in Bristol during the week for work or study. The room is self contained rather than being a house share, so not suitable if you are looking for a full time, long term home. We are a friendly professional couple with a wide range of interests including arts, music and theatre.. We’d prefer a single person but will consider couples. Room is available now for long or short stay options.
