Room in a cosy, warm flat with garden and parking

The place is lovely! I have recently moved in and decorated everything. It is a ground floor flat with a communal garden and parking. There's a bus stop 3 minutes walk away that takes you directly into town or there is a little highstreet 10 minutes walk away. The block is off the road so it's super quiet to the extent that i hear the birds singing in the mornings.

All the bills are included in the price, including Sky TV (with the F1 channel), wifi, netflix and amazon prime. All i ask is that you pay for food. The fridge is certainly big enough!

A little about me..... I am a full-time working professional and looking for a flatmate who would like to share a glass of wine (possibly a cheeky bit of cheese too!), catch an episode of something or cook a meal or two together during the week. In my spare time I am a big F1 fan, i have recently taken up kick-boxing ana bake. Yes - you will get the added benefit of baked goodness! I am a bit of a comedy fan and am a self confessed coffee addict so you'll also have the added benefit of a coffeee machine.
