The house is fully furnished, spacious living room and kitchen provided with all the amenities plus a large private garden. The room comes with a single bed, desk and wardrobe, and it faces the quiet side - our private garden.
Located within a short walking distance to busses, shops and the cycle pathway. It takes only 15min cycling into town and about 20 min by bus, only 10 mins if taking the bus Y5.
There's 3 of us living in.
About myself: Portuguese, 32 yo, been 7 years I Bristol. I work in social care, and I am very sociable and easy going; I like to watch movies, going out, and I'm all things music, I play the guitar every now and then
Hagen is 30 and works as an engineer. He is a smart dude, very easy going and likes a drink or two at the weekends (I am no different) .
Luan, a 27 y old professional, he is Australian / Brazilian, but he will also tell you he's a kiwi because he lived there for a long while. Not in a kiwi, but in New Zealand. It's very confusing. He is equally easy going and is very polite.
Basically we are all no trouble and are looking for someone equally sociable and respectful of others, and clean and tidy.
As a household, we have a great dynamic - we like to keep the house clean and tidy as there are bunch of rules we try to stick to and so far it works perfectly well. We are compatible housemates in the sense that we get on with each other, like to talk about our lives or just to have a laugh, or watch TV together, but also we sometimes choose our private time where we keep ourselves to ourselves... Now that we are coming through this pandemic, we obviously have been staying at home as much as we can. We've used the garden for a couple of bbqs and there will be more to come as long as the sun is out. In normal circumstances I am a weekend party goer although that's not to say this is a party house. I'm very considerate of my housemates and neighbours, I do do sometimes a house party but not the rave kind, and whenever I do one, I rather start early so that it ends early and does not bother our neighbours.

Speaking of neighbours again, they are very quiet, and I never had any issues with them nor they've ever complained of us.
