The flat is within a Grade II listed building, light and airy with fantastic views over Bristol. The room being advertised is unique and quirky in it's shape but spacious with a double bed and plenty of storage.

It has a large open plan living room/ kitchen and comes equipped with an oven, slow cooker, gas hob, washer/ dryer, cutlery/ plates and cooking utensils for 4x people. Additionally a TV and Xbox One will be in the flat and free to use for the occupant, you will need your own logins/ accounts for Netflix etc however. Broadband (60-80 Mbps) and bills are included in the monthly price. There are also large communal gardens that are for the use of all residents if the building.

The landlord works away from Bristol from Mon - Fri so while you are renting a room in reality you will have the flat to yourself most of the time unless the landlord is on holiday or in the area for work.

Ideally I'd be looking for a clean and tidy professional or a graduate/ PhD student who is looking for their own space during the week. Pets may be considered by exception and discussion with the landlord. A non- smoker is a must as smoking is not allowed within the flat. No parties within the flat are allowed to prevent disturbing neighbours.
