Welcome to my home. I have a lovely clean, modern, warm and cosy house. I'm looking for a house share for the next 2 months. I am single, non smoking female looking to share my home with a like minded person.
There are all mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine. I have off street parking on a driveway which will be available for you to use daily.
The bus stop is very close with regular routes going to Southmead Hospital, Bristol city centre, temple meads and parkway train stations, MOD and various retail parks and shopping malls and supermarkets.
The bedroom I'm offering is a double bed, it is light and airy. I have a main bathroom upstairs just off the landing with a 2nd toilet downstairs. The living space is open plan style with a small dining table with is expendable to accommodate 4 people comfortably. The TV is wall mounted and I have just installed Fibre optic Wifi. I'm sure you will feel its a home away from home.
I would prefer someone who is vegetarian, however I understand that people eat meat, I just request that the fan is regularly used and cooking facilities are well cleaned following cooking this may include the oven depending on who much it is used. I hope this is ok.
