About the house
We live in a four-bedroom home which looks onto Brandon Hill. It’s a Georgian terrace with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. It has a cosy living area, complete with a couple of comfy sofas and a small garden patio out the back. It’s a stone’s throw away from Bristol City Centre with easy access to local transport links.
About the room
The room available is a good-sized double on the ground floor, complete with original Georgian features including a (non-functioning) fireplace. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chest of drawers, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The room costs £420 a month (exclusive of bills - which normally total around £100 per month).
About us
We are all professional females aged between 26-30. We tend to chill a lot in the week but we do enjoy a drink at the weekends, so would be looking for someone that would be happy with joining in with some bevs some weekends!
About you
We are looking for a housemate who is tidy, sociable, in full-time employment and looking for a home rather than just a house. Sorry, no couples or students.
