Lovely Large Room Stokes Croft £500 all inclusive

Would suit professional or creative person, but open to offers. I do have a preference for more creative people but that's not a necessity.

This large sunny double room is near Stokes Croft and is very central, 5 mins from Cabot Circus or bus station.

Rent is £500 a month and all bills are included with wifi.

One month deposit and one month notice to leave.

Sharing with myself/landlord, I'm an artist and 3 others. Currently a male music production student (24), a female Psychology student (29) and a male music graduate working at UWE (27) another room is coming up soon (1st January) which is smaller at £400 a month.

There is a double bed, a desk and chair, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

There is a beautiful garden and the street is very quiet. The large kitchen is the main social space.

It's non smoking in the house and no pets.
