(Veg*n) Single Room, Near Parkway Station/UWE

I'm looking for a lodger in Stoke Gifford (about 10 mins walk to Bristol Parkway / UWE). Postcode is BS34 8LH if you want to check location. I'm happy to let to a student or someone employed.

I'm vegan and work from home almost all the time, as well as playing games and watching TV. I'm not crazy-social but certainly not antisocial either. I sometimes stay up at night as well, which I'm considerate about but worth saying upfront.

The room (it's the one with a green wall) has a single bed, side table, drawers, a built in wardrobe, and a 32" TV in case you don't have one. The house is detached but kind of like a flat: everything's on one floor except the garage, which has plenty of storage. The lounge has a big TV / surround sound / Oculus VR setup you're free to use. I keep the house neat and tidy, and there's even a robot that vacuums every couple of days.

I have a cat (Kimmy) who is really friendly, but for that reason I'm likely to say no to any other pets like a cat or dog. Small things are ok though.
