Double Bedroom in Stokes Croft Flat

Hello!!

Unfortunately my flatmate is moving out, so we have a room available in our great top floor flat! The flat is three bedrooms in total, with this one being available from 11th February (can be slightly later if necessary). The monthly rent is £400, with bills being £90 each on top of this.

The flat is spacious and in a great location, in a modern building. We are very centrally based, being about a 5 minute walk from cabot circus, and only a 2 minute walk from Stokes Croft!

In addition to the three bedrooms we have a large, open plan kitchen/living room, as well as two bathrooms and a huge terrace outside.

I’m a 28 year old solicitor and the other flatmate is James, a 23 year old paralegal. We are looking for someone sociable, friendly and easygoing! We are ideally looking for a female to keep a bit of a balance.
