Bright double bedroom available

A lovely bright double bedroom in a shared house located just a 10 minute walk from central Bristol.

Looking for another like minded female housemate to share the house with us - ( we've just found someone for the larger downstairs room) we are 2 females in our mid/late 20s and a dog Maya (so must be dog friendly!)

We are looking for someone who wants to find their home in Bristol - we’re close with our neighbours and it’s really important to us to maintain a homely atmosphere. We often have dinner together and (several) glasses of wine and watch some trashy TV! We spend a lot of time in the house (especially at the moment!) so like to enjoy each other’s company whilst also respecting each other’s space - especially if working from home.

Covid update! Unfortunately we’ve found ourselves in the midst of a global pandemic and we are looking for people who are following social distancing measures outside of the house. We would ask for open communication about contact with others and very occasionally will ask for you to help (either of) us shield for a week/10 days in advance of us visiting vulnerable relatives. Whilst we appreciate the need to “get back to normal” it’s really important that we can keep working and keep us/our loved ones safe! We will of course, in turn, do the same - informing each other of any visitors or plans to have others in the house to insure we stay within the guidelines!

The room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. The room is a bright double room with an amazing skylight, based on the first floor where the other 2 bedrooms are (there's the other 1 bedroom downstairs) and will have access to a shared bathroom. We are looking for our new housemates to ideally be free to move in middle of November 2020.
