Double room in flat in Central Bristol

Hi,

Im looking for someone to live in the second bedroom of my flat in the centre of Bristol. Its very close to the train station (2-3 minute walk) and around a 10 minute walk to the city centre. It includes an on site gym and roof terrace.

Most standard amenities are included; dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. I am in the process of adding more things to the flat.

NOTE by the start of the let there will be a sofa in the living room, its on its way!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a wooden desk is also on its way (not pictured)

Im relatively laid back but like to keep the flat quite clean and would be looking for someone with a similar mindset. Ideally a professional working during the week.

Would be looking for someone who I can get on well with since it would be just us in the flat; if you would like to get a viewing shoot me a message and tell me a bit about yourself and we can set something up!
