A Bright Quiet Double in Friendly House

Living room

Hello lovely people!

We have a bright double room available in our friendly house. Postcode is BS13. £495 plus £20 towards bills and council tax. 6 or 12 month contract and £495 deposit.

About the house
The shared bathroom has a bath and shower. We have a large open plan kitchen, a separate living area and a conservatory that we use to keep bikes and climbing gear in. There is also plenty of on street parking. We have the mod-cons; dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

The Room
The room is nice and bright thanks to the big window and sky light. It has a big desk, chest of drawers and a TV.

Location
We are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, the bus takes you directly into town. Also 2 minutes from the local shop and pub. 10 minute walk to Lidl and a 15 minute cycle to town. We also have a couple of parks around us. Hengrove Leisure centre is close as is a climbing wall.

Housemates
There will be 3 housemates in total. Very friendly, social, easy going and enjoys things like going to the gym, climbing, cycling, cooking, eating, drinking, film nights etc.

The vibe in the house has been really chilled with everyone getting along really well, we plan to continue this relaxed vibe so finding the right person is important. - climbing and the outdoors is bit of a theme in the house :)

About you
We would like our new housemate to work standard hours, Monday to Friday. Be friendly, social, neat and tidy etc. If you are an active person you will fit in well.
